On March 12th 2025, Jyoti Verma conducted a session focused on low-impact exercises using a chair, designed to help members enhance their mobility.

During the session, she emphasized the importance of mobility, which refers to the ability of the body to move freely and efficiently across a range of motion.

Mobility plays a critical role in maintaining overall health and preventing injuries, particularly as we age.

By incorporating chair-based exercises, Jyoti provided a low-impact solution to improve flexibility, strength, and joint health without putting excessive strain on the body. These exercises help increase circulation, reduce stiffness, and improve the range of motion in key areas like the hips, knees, shoulders, and spine. Additionally, regular mobility exercises can aid in improving balance and coordination, essential for daily activities and reducing the risk of falls.

The session also highlighted the importance of consistent movement throughout the day, especially for people who may be sedentary due to work or other reasons. By focusing on improving mobility, members can experience better posture, increased energy, and overall well-being. Ultimately, mobility exercises are crucial for enhancing the quality of life, helping individuals stay active and independent for longer periods.
