New Board Election is for the Position of:

President: Duties include Preside over all general, special, annual and board meetings, Prepare agendas with the approval of the Board, May Co-sign all checks with either the Vice President, Treasurer or Secretary. Build a strong relationship with the aging community and involve community leaders to build a better future. 

Vice President: Duties include Preside over all meetings in the absence of the President. Work closely with the President. Perform the duties of the President in the absence of the president. May Co- sign all checks with the President, Treasurer or Secretary.

Secretary:Duties include: Keep in permanent form complete and accurate records of all meetings of the Organization. Distribute minutes and pertinent information and directions of the Board to the membership. Properly file and efficiently attend to the security and preservation of all records. May Co-sign all checks with the President, Vice President, and Treasurer with the approval for all disbursements by the Board

Treasurer:Duties include: Keep accurate records of all receipts and disbursements. Deposit all Monies in the name of the organization in Organization designated banks Prepare the annual reports and audits for the annual and general meetings Authorize to co-sign checks are the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Directors: (4 positions)Duties include: Preside all the meetings functions and work closely with the president to meet the goals. Manage one of the center like Shrewsbury’s, Westford etc.

To be eligible to run for [Position/Board Member], you must be a current member of the organization in good standing. If you are interested in running, please complete the nomination form and return it to us by July 11 2025.
