On Nov 3rd 2025, Leslie Sherman and her team from FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center at Bedford visited FISCO, Burlington location to explore a potential partnership focused on community health and wellness. FYZICAL has built strong programs for seniors, offering balance assessments, fall-prevention education, and movement-based workshops.
Ms. Alexa Holm, Clinical Director and one of physical therapists explained that how at their program of fall prevention for seniors involves a multi-faceted approach, focusing on improving home safety, regular physical exercise, and managing personal health factors like vision and medication.
