
Miss Vaishnavi Pradeep conducted holistic session of Ayurvedic Knowledge. Ayurveda means "the science of life." It is a traditional Indian system of medicine that takes a holistic approach to health and well-being, emphasizing the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
Ms Pradeep began by introducing Ayurveda, exploring its origins and the way its wisdom has been preserved and passed down through generations in India. She then provided a foundational understanding of mental health, emphasizing its importance and how imbalances can arise in everyday life.
Building on this, she discussed natural Ayurvedic remedies for managing minor mental health concerns, offering practical and holistic approaches to well-being. To make the experience interactive, the audience completed a self-assessment to identify their dominant Ayurvedic Dosha.
She concluded by highlighting the value of adopting a lifestyle aligned with one’s Dosha and how doing so can support long-term mental and emotional balance.
