About the event
Eleonora Cordovani, originally from Italy, is a yoga instructor with a background in Theatre and Theatre Therapy.
She has practiced yoga for all her life, and finally graduated as a vinyasa yoga teacher in 2018 with Daniel Orlansky and Liz Owen.
Since then she has attended many trainings and she is currently enrolled in school to become a yoga therapist. Among her specializations: trauma informed yoga, accessible yoga, yoga for chronic pain, yoga for neurological conditions, yoga for grief and end of life, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for cancer, yoga for seniors.
Eleonora is also the Artistic Director of the only Italian Theater Company in NE, and she often blends yoga and theatre when she teaches.
